Most firms in our space treat pricing as a state secret. We don't. The numbers below are indicative ranges that hold for the great majority of our engagements — if your situation is unusual, we'll tell you in the first conversation, before you commit to anything.
Time-boxed engagements with defined outcomes. From a two-week diagnostic to multi-quarter programmes.
Best for: M&A diligence, pre-investment scrutiny, early-stage strategy.
Best for: cloud migration, AI pilot to production, modernisation phase 1.
Best for: full platform modernisation, M&A integration, large transformation.
Best for: early-stage scaleups, Series A-C without a CTO yet.
Fixed-fee retainers. SLA-backed. Named engineers. No surge billing for incidents.
Best for: smaller platforms, post-engagement transition.
Best for: production platforms with revenue dependence.
Best for: regulated workloads, mission-critical platforms.
Fixed-scope projects — websites, apps, ecommerce, brand. Scoped together, priced upfront, delivered with clear milestones.
Because every engagement is different. The honest version is a range — and we'll quote a fixed price once we've scoped the specifics with you. We won't sell you on a single number that doesn't reflect your actual situation.
Sometimes — usually when the cross-service work genuinely saves us time (shared discovery, single delivery team, consolidated reporting). We won't bundle for the sake of it. Ask and we'll be straight about what's actually cheaper.
We don't do it. Percentage-of-spend models pay us to spend more, not to spend well. We charge a flat retainer that scales in steps with programme complexity, not media or cloud volume.
Small adjustments inside the original scope are absorbed. Substantial changes get a change-request document with cost and timeline impact before any work happens. No surprise invoices.
Standard 30-day terms on invoices. Larger engagements typically have monthly invoicing or milestone billing. Public-sector and enterprise procurement processes accommodated — we deal with them often.
Yes — that's what the Diagnostic tier is designed for. Two to four weeks, fixed price, no commitment to anything beyond it. Most of our long-term clients started this way.
