Most firms in our space treat pricing as a state secret. We don't. The numbers below are indicative ranges that hold for the great majority of our engagements — if your situation is unusual, we'll tell you in the first conversation, before you commit to anything.

What people actually ask.

Why don't you give one fixed price for everything?

Because every engagement is different. The honest version is a range — and we'll quote a fixed price once we've scoped the specifics with you. We won't sell you on a single number that doesn't reflect your actual situation.

Do you offer discounts for multi-service engagements?

Sometimes — usually when the cross-service work genuinely saves us time (shared discovery, single delivery team, consolidated reporting). We won't bundle for the sake of it. Ask and we'll be straight about what's actually cheaper.

What about percentage-of-spend pricing on cloud or media?

We don't do it. Percentage-of-spend models pay us to spend more, not to spend well. We charge a flat retainer that scales in steps with programme complexity, not media or cloud volume.

How do you handle change requests?

Small adjustments inside the original scope are absorbed. Substantial changes get a change-request document with cost and timeline impact before any work happens. No surprise invoices.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard 30-day terms on invoices. Larger engagements typically have monthly invoicing or milestone billing. Public-sector and enterprise procurement processes accommodated — we deal with them often.

Can we start with a small piece of work to test the relationship?

Yes — that's what the Diagnostic tier is designed for. Two to four weeks, fixed price, no commitment to anything beyond it. Most of our long-term clients started this way.
