We started in 2010 with a single conviction: that most IT consultancy is too far from the work to be useful, and most managed services are too detached from the strategy to be honest. Fifteen years and 240+ engagements later, we still believe that. Everything below is what we've built around it.
The stuff we can put numbers on. The rest you have to ask clients about — and we're happy to make that introduction.
Founded 2010. Still under the same leadership.
Consulting, build, run — across 8 sectors.
Across multiple discrete engagements, not retainer creep.
In actual engineering roles. Not management consulting.
Started in Chessington, Surrey. Two engineers, one client, one project. The original conviction: ship working systems, not slide decks. The conviction hasn't changed.
A long-running consulting engagement transitioned into ongoing operations. That's still how 80% of our managed-services contracts start — from a project we already delivered.
Formal information-security management. Recertified continuously since. Followed by Cyber Essentials Plus and SOC 2 Type II over the next few years.
Listed on Crown Commercial Service frameworks. Public-sector and arm's-length-body engagements began that year and have grown steadily since.
Built our first production AI agent for a UK transmission operator. Today it autonomously rebalances battery storage across the South East England grid. Three more agentic systems live in banking, insurance, and energy since.
A real milestone — and a forcing function. We restructured the firm around four senior practice leads to keep the work the same quality as it was when there were two of us.
Energy, banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector, retail, logistics, SaaS. A senior-heavy team. Engagements that ship, hand back, and compound.
The person scoping your engagement is the person who'd build it. Our partners write production code. Average team experience: 8+ years in actual engineering roles.
Engagements have defined end dates. Our success metric is your team owning what we built — not us still being there 18 months later.
If we can't deliver something well, we say so — even when it costs us the work. We routinely turn down engagements that aren't a fit.
The output that matters is the right decision, made faster, with full context. Our written work is short, structured, and stands up to board scrutiny.
No reseller relationships. No commission on cloud spend. No preferred partners we have to push. The recommendation is what's right for your workload.
For most engagements we ship working code, not just architecture. Prototypes, vertical slices, full pilot builds — committed to your repo, owned by you.
The certifications, insurances, and registrations we hold. Full evidence pack available under NDA — most procurement teams clear us in under a week.
