The team

Sub-50 people across engineering, design, AI/ML, and operations. The seniority bar is high — most engineers have 8+ years of experience. Communication is async-default but we travel together at least twice a year.

We have one written rule: be kind, be excellent, be honest. Almost everything else flows from that.

Talent network

Send a short note about what you're working on, your CV or portfolio, and the kind of work you'd find meaningful. We review every introduction personally and reply — even when there's nothing live. We keep promising candidates in mind for the moment a role opens up, which is often well before it goes public.

We particularly welcome applications from underrepresented backgrounds in tech.

What we hire for

Senior software, cloud, AI/ML, SRE, product design, brand design, engagement leadership. We don't run graduate or junior tracks at the moment.

How we run hiring

Two-stage process. First a 45-minute conversation with someone senior, then a paid take-home or pairing session. No whiteboarding under fluorescent lights. Usually start to offer in 14 days.

Where we work

Remote-first across the UK with an optional office in Surrey. We meet in person at least twice a year for proper team time. Travel and accommodation covered.
